Take Down, look in the Warship Builds section of this forum. You may have to do a bit of digging, but you will find my thread on building several transports. That's one of the best sources you'll find until the "rookie ship design project" gets further along.
You'll be far better off ordering a Prinz Eugen hull from Battler's and just building it. It's a great hull, very cool and mean looking, plenty of space and good speed.
