    are you going to use a 1:1 gear and put the rotating servo somewhere else?

    Good morning!

    The real reason that I build guns with positional servos is to make multiple turrets work in unison. For example, the Deutschland’s twin turrets will converge on a target ship.

    Since Abercrombie has only one turret, there is no reason to do that. She’ll be getting the classic continuous rotation that you see one most Big Gun ships.

    yeah that's not what I was asking... I'm more....*points at screenshot with servo sticking out bottom of hull*

    how do you plan to do a continuous rotate in that case? gonna offset the servo and do a 1:1 Gear to the turret axis?

    OH LOL. Sorry!

    Yes, the servo will sit right next to the turret, near the deck. It'll be a simple rubbery' wheel, probably less than 3/4", attached to a continuous servo.
