    Painted the recesses and done airbrushing the base brown

    Undersides done- some overspray onto the side, will require light touch up, but not bad. Far faster than by hand that’s for sure

    Painting the underside of the spot where the roundels go. The transparent ones are a bit too translucent and the white ones look too bright.
    also covered in future so the decals slide nice

    Really happy with the nova3d ultra transparent resin for the canopies. Printed, sprayed with clear vallejo ultra transparent varnish and then cured

    Very pleased. Well see about long term yellowing but for now looks good

    A plane with special markings.
    The markings NL with the symbol on the nose crashed into the deck. Gunner was injured, pilot was unharmed. Snapped the tail hook, flipped on its back, this barracuda was pushed over the side the next day because of irreparable damage.

    Fixing stuff that breaks. Hoping these are the last two. Rear wheel and one prop blade before clear and done!
    Uh....then actual canopy affixing...THEN done.
