More learning: 1. Wood absorbs a lot of paint. 2. Airbrushes are good but they go through paint FAST.
If your wood is absorbing a lot of paint, you haven't sealed it well enough. West System or other really good epoxies are your friend.
Did some 3d rendering of the bridge and the support structure items and painted some netting. Look close you can see the rope
Ran into an issue - hatches don’t match and there’s a gap. Time to fire up the 3d printer. Railings needed on the bridge and needing extended supports.
