I've been interested in R/C Warhsip Combat for 30 years. I bought a USS Houston from a feller in Houston almost that long ago. I believe his name was Chris Pearce, not positive about that, though. Unfortunately, I have not ever sailed the ship. A friend of mine at the time bought a Swampworks USS Brooklyn and started on construction but never got past cutting the holes in the hull. I bought that kit from him, and with that, never found the time to do anything with either ship as the distance to attend any battles or club events just proved to be too much.
There used to be a few guys in NW Arkansas. I’m pretty sure Kevin moved. I think Bryan is still there. The nearest regular battles to you are the Brouhaha in New Orleans and battles in MN at portpolarbear.com. There are also a couple battlers in KC.
