Very cool! Thx for posting pic, looks pretty close to 1/72 scale. Maybe try a hollow (3D printed) version w/3-6 holes (w/a simple one-way valve) in the nose of "warhead" and a hollow afterbody to allow water to flow through it....OR possibly make the "warhead" fluted (spiral fluted for extra spice?!), to allow water to flow past it...
The torp in the pic was sticking 1/2 way out of my boat from a 10' shot, he shot a 1/72 DD from 3' and it went clean trough the boat at 100 PSI and the exit hole was massive.
