is it allowable tohae guns that can change elevation

    in ircwcc and in treaty are you allowed to have a method to change the elevation of the guns if you arent allowed to have them in a turret ie does fixed mean non moving vertical as well as horizontal?

    I do not believe either rule set disallows elevation changing as long as the barrels never lift beyond horizontal.
