Is this a good starting ship?

    I was going to get the Ijn agano but I don't know if its a good starter ship please help?

    I reject to reality and substitue my own

    Ubermelon, do you know which group you'll be battling with? Good starter ships can be different between Big Gun and Fast Gun. Also, what experience do you have with model making? That can also make a difference.

    If you want a cruiser, the Kent class heavy cruisers are good. Roomy, only one rudder, and they can weigh like 11 pounds (not bad for a cruiser) which makes building easier.

    While rethinking this I am going to get the USS Brooklyn not IJN agano pretend this never even happened

    Nothing on the net is truly forgotten. Besides nothing is stopping you from the Agano as boat #2.

    I have a Brooklyn as my beginner boat. I battle fast gun and she preforms great. Even in the waves. Mine is the Wichita, which is a brooklyn hull with different super structure and turrets. Plenty of room plus over 11 lbs made it easy to build.
