I use the Hi-tech x2 AC Plus to charge two 3s 8000mah packs at a time. Works great.

If you want to charge from your car then I would go with a "B6" charger from HobbyKing.
It is a generic term for a charger design, buy the original type not the knockoff.
I bought a knockoff and it is not as good (but cheaper).
If you want to use it with 120 volt AC then you have to get a power supply to provide 12 volt DC to the unit.

One charger per battery, for the standard B6.
