UPDATE: I re-balanced and put another storage charge on the two batteries that were showing at 44% at 3.8v/cell. After the storage charge they are showing 60% again. Not sure what caused the dip but re-balancing them seems to have fixed it. Also, I just poured the epoxy for the new xt-60 bus board. Resistance between all the connections is less than 0.1 (200Ohm setting). I also changed the configuration so that each battery had its own connector instead of two batteries to one connector.
I tested the new bus board you showed me yesterday. I drove around the pond for about 20 minutes straight with a little pump use. When I was done I tested all 4 batteries. They were all drawn down to the same voltage. Looks like I fixed whatever the problem was. Thanks for the recommendation.
