    Pneumatics and electrical.
Obviously 2 propulsion motors and the servo for rudder and that assembly.

Completely light weight. And fits nicely in the compartment.

What are you using to weigh it? The design target weight for the kit was 27.4lb, so you're not far off but based on your pictures of components I'm surprised you're saying you're so heavy.

I use a postal scale which is typically pretty accurate.

I recently got into field charging cases for charging batteries at the lake and not having to bring so many. Depending on how many amps you have the charger set to charge your batteries, is how fast they will charge.

That’s the thing, I’m not intentionally weighing it down. I’m using some 16 and 22 gauge metal components but I’m starting to switch out to balsa. Like for the rear electrical components, I’m using a metal tray to hold the ESC’s.

    Update
I still haven’t put the siding on and I’m still working out the kinks that keep popping up.
    - I get the pressure to about 100psi and lines start popping off. All lines are from clippers. Brass barbs are from Amazon. I can’t keep them tight enough for 150psi.
    - I have t gone back over all my fittings yet with gas tape.
    - weight is still high for my liking 25/32 unloaded
Trying to keep it light as possible.
    - metal has been swapped out for balsa. Except for near the air tank.
-rudder parameters is set to high need to reprogram that.
    - need to adjust my props because I get a gear grinding sound meaning I need to tighten the motors. Do a final check.
    - last minute small gun add ons.
    -final paint scheme

Clippard makes little "hose clamps" to use with their hose barbs. It is basically a little brass sleeve that prevents the vinyl from expanding and popping off of the barb. They do a fantastic job increasing the reliability of hose barbs.
