I was thinking of having two 1 unit cannons in the bow turrets slaved to each other, putting a rotating triple stern gun, and a half unit pump.

I don't think you can do a rotating triple turret though.

I'll look and see, I may have gotten ahead of myself there, maybe split it and put two 1.5's up front and a dual stern.

    U.S.S. Arizona,
I got to battle against her and Bismarck last year! She's a tough little ships!! But If i were you i would do 2-connons in the bow one in A turret and one in B turret and duel cannon in the a--end of ship in C-turret!!! That hoe i would do it!

That's basically what I'm thinking of, slaving A & B together, and having rotating sterns.

Well, I talked with my uncle, and he figures that he can help me design an O-class battlecruiser. On paper, it seems to be a better ship, with a 3 knot speed advantage and an extra rudder. I should be able to work on the design this weekend. I'll make separate post in the Warship Builds forum whenever I get the design done.

Seems to me that the Scharnhorst would be the better bet. O-Pro would be legal only in treaty rules, right? IRCWCC/MWC don't allow concept ships. At least with the Scharnie you'd be able to partake in virtually every club's events with very minor modifications to the ship.

They don't, i'd battle it exclusively with treaty, I'll eventually build a SoDak for fast gun, so I don't mind not being able to battle with it outside of treaty, and it is 5.5 units, same with the O-class, it won't be to hard to set up right if i'm careful and take my time.

Like I mentioned earlier, the Scharnhorst is a very good ship in Treaty. :)
