Anyone out there know where to get files for the Aoba superstructure?
Gamemodels3d has WOWS's model of it. If you think you can chop it up to be 3D printed or whatever you are thinking of.
Aye, pay 5 bucks and you get whatever you want.
Do you have anything printed that I could look at?
What file format are the models in? Any idea how accurate they are?
The models are incredibly accurate but are not made for 3d printing so they need some touch-ups before you can print them.
That's fine, I don't want to 3d print them anyway.
What file format are they in??
That is a question for @BigGunJeff
@BigGunJeff you are summoned
You can download a .STL or .OBJ file.
These are intended to go into a CAD program and be worked on. They aren't really useful for stick building.
Cool, thank you for the info. Those sound like something that could be rather handy.
