Greetings and good news! We have reserved the park in Statesboro for Memorial Day weekend, and have planned a magnificent battle, a 'Memorial Day Mauling', if you will. 3 days of BB fire and good times with friends at Tom Fletcher Memorial Park in Statesboro, GA!!
The Southeast Spring Regional battle will have Campaign on Sunday, so bring your convoys and get the bugs worked out before Nats!
We will be doing pre-Nats checks like speed, penetrability, regulator pressure, and checking the depth of windows (i.e is it really 1" below waterline).
While the nature of the participation trophies is a closely-guarded secret (unless you're helping build them), there will be trophies :) The Fall regional was little destroyer trophies... what will spring be?

If I can pull myself away from my study of agricultural societies in early 19th century Louisiana I will have the Warrior done. I will at least bring all the bits.

Well, Edie will be present and battling at the Brouhaha (so Jeromy can get his feet wet), so I know she'll be battle-ready in May if needed :)

    HOOOOOO-AAHHH!!!

Mere weeks separate us from the SE Spring Regional!! Get your boats ready and pack your water shoes! Charge those batteries and test those circuits, cause it's gonna be a good one!

I will be home for a week and a half prior to departing for Bahrain. This falls in that window! However, my Parents will be in town and my Wife will surely be jealous of my time;-) My grand plan is to propose a GA trip in which they can drop me off/go see Savannah or hang out pondside and see Statesboro. We will see... I hold a 30% chance of success at best, lol!

Planning on making the hotel reservation today. :)

Also going to debut a new ship at this battle which may decide which ship goes to the MWCI Nats in July. ;)

Not like the Allies have enough ships as it is ;) Anything you bring, it won't matter much either way ;)

But I'd be very shocked if the Axis agreed to vote like we did last year.

Got to admit being a bit concerned with the huge swing from Axis to Allied this year for the Nats. It looks to be as bad as last year when Axis outnumbered the Allies nearly 2 to 1. Even if the Axis do not surrender like the Allies did last year, it won't be a fun Nats for either side.

I'm pretty sure the Axis will win. Not enough Allies.
