    Agreed that the gun could be lightened but an extra 3/8" to the hull and some lead in the bottom would make it a much more positive experience for the new builder.

    Cool. I'm not sure what to expect from my Fletcher. It's been really stable with no SS, but that could all change with some weight topside.

    i can't help myself.. i started the cad work for another boat. while i wait for parts for Kongo now. nagara class cruiser.(kuma under a different name and all of 10-30 feet longer IRL depending on while hull is compared.)
