Coming Saturday, Build at the compound. I plan on hanging the banner again (for those coming from out of state ) I plan on shingling the roof ,for those battlers that are flying in from other countries like Europe or Australia. I just can't decide if it will be - I.R.C.W.C.C. or G.L.A.S.
Build will be on Saturday March 7 at the compound. We start about 11:00 and work till all objectives are reached!!! If you are ordering from a supplier let us know so we might group order. Bring any supplies you want to sell or trade. I do have CO2 if you want to fill some bottles. Bring a camera you might need it. Let us know if you are coming!! Maybe you can car-pool. R.S.V.P. ------------------------- FOR THOSE WHO CAN NOT ATTEND: (FYI: The penalty for not attending has been found to be unconstitutional) We can contact you during the build by phone to: Answer build questions or vote on GLAS business etc. Schedules are tough but we are an INCLUSIVE club. We value all of you!
I'll be there in spirit. Hoping to have my second battlewagon along for the ride when I come for the May 9th battle
This build was a tough one. What I thought would take 10 minutes took more than an hour Below left is our team MASCOT.
I was with you guys in spirit from the Northwoods. got a lot accomplished on Idaho. gonna wrap up the battery/CO2 tray this week, then hopefully get the pump system in place.
Looks awesome! Love a good wood build! One thing though, in the spots that have two stringers your subdeck can only be 1/4" thick so you don't exceed the max 1/2" of vertical area. Just bevel the edge so the outside face is 1/4" and you'll be golden.
Wow, good catch dude, thanks. luckily that's an easy fix. Thanks! not really trying to steal any thunder though. I'm a member and we do distance build phone calls. @kgaigalas and @Bob helped out a lot in the last year. With luck we'll have gun camera footage of her in action on May 9 and 10 in Saranac. If not, the FRAG1 refit Texas, which is combat ready right now.
Had to fabricate a duplicate expansion tank Thanks to some great advice at the build, I got it done We all know how hard it is to drill and tap these small copper pieces
