Some photos from the Midwest Naval Combat Club's 2012 Spring regionals held in Xenia, Ohio last weekend.
The weather was great, and I am happy to inform you that the Hood was not sunk during this entire event.
    Enjoy!

    Remember! Our little secret!
That does not change the fact that the Hood did not sink at a Treaty battle.
That is a technicality, for the most part.
Admittedly. The internals out of the trusty old Hood did sink on one occasion this past weekend.
They almost sank a second time.
But that was because the French crew of the French battleship Jean Bart are for the most part mortified
at the mere thought of having to utilize the internals out of a British ship.
They are at the point of mutiny. They have already scuttled the ship on two seperate occasions.
So it looks like those bloody British internals have to go.
    Vive le France!

Do you keep the originals of these from before you resized them? Some of these look like they would contain some awesome sub-images if you were to do a little cropping before resizing.

I considered keeping a copy of the photos in the original size, but to be honest, I never can find the time to do any photo cropping.
I also generally keep the camera with me while I am battling, and take most of the photos. So I don't do a lot of zooming in.
Dustin took quite a few shots at the last event, and I will eventually get around to posting them. A lot of close-up battle shots.
