Too busy this weekend to get anything done with the Scharnhorst. But that's OK. Got a lot of other things done.

Of course rite after I drop the scharnie off at home, I get a load to Ohio on a build session weekend at FroggyFrenchmens shop. Grrrrr. Oh well, guess I will have to start a new project, hehe. Tugboat will be proud lol.

I would say build a box to put her in and keep her and your other ship and the gear in the truck with you :) that way you always have them.

Gotta be in Birmingham this weekend to finish moving out of the house I've lived in for the last two years. Then next weekend I will be home in Oklahoma to complete the work on my two ships and conduct sea trials on them in preparation for the Denmark straits battle in Ohio the following weekend. Can't wait to see how I do.

The issue with Scharnie. Is she only a 5.5unit Battleship, your better off staying with bismarck and Eugen :p

I don't see that as an issue, he is a 5.5 unit heavy cruiser, lol. At least that's how he is going to be captained.

The issue is going to be getting both Scharnhorst and Mogador in the truck and still have a place to sleep, lol.

I'd need a big ladder, lol. And yes not allowed. Normally I would put the ship on the dash at night and in the bunk while driving, but with two of them, well..........
Scharnhorst dominates the dash by itself, lol. Plan is to build a cradle in the bunk to carry two to four ships, there are mounting points for a top bunk that is not installed in this rig as it is a mid roof hight design. But the interior panels are all of the same molded design so the mounting points are there. Just not going to have time this week to do it I think.
