this is usually an issue with your session sitting idle too long. so for instance if you just had this thread open but didn't do anything for a while, and then went to upload images. or if your upload took a really long time it could stale out. If you run into it often might be best to reload the thread before uploading images, and depending on how long your upload takes, limit the number you upload at a time before posting.
