Man, I need a better video editor:

Or, if you prefer shorter clips, check out the channel for more goodies. I'm too lazy to post them at the moment.

Eh, I was using the crappy Microsloth built in clippy thing. It's cute, but it seems to like to ack on 23 minute video files.

My suggestion for anyone looking for editing software is DaVinci Resolve. You've probably never heard of it before and that's because it's professional movie editing software. Yeah, this is what the movie editors use. Chances are most big box office films are edited using DaVinci.
That being said they offer an easy to use platform that's stable and with a few tutorials basic editing is a breeze. Best part....ITS FREE! Yes, they offer a slightly skimmed down version with less professional features absolutely free to anyone. You still get their world renowned color grading tools too if you're into that like me.
Honestly though, I've used a lot of video editors out there and this one is the best. It won't crash on you like Adobe, it's not janky like Windows movie maker (anyone remember that?:bang:) it gets the job done and can handle whatever you throw at it.
Anyways, if you can't tell I'm a big fan of Black magic (the company that made DaVinci) and love their products...even their cameras. I HIGHLY recommend.

Gascan and I also use DaVinci Resolve. It's REALLY capable. I'm not very good at it, mostly due to lack of practice, but it's much better than any other editor I've tried.

Okay, thanks you two - I'll have to give that a try next time I'm doing something like this. Probably after the next battle I attend...
