I was waterproofing my wooden frame with 30 minute epoxy. Apparently I mixed one batch incorrectly and it is still tacky after 12 hours at room temperature. It still adheres tightly to the wood, but I don’t believe my adhesive for the skin will work.

Any ideas on the best way to correct this?

More time & heat... or another coat. Epoxy does not like to be used as paint. It doesn’t dry like paint. It converts properties in a chemical reaction. The thinner it is, the less material is able to react. There are some epoxy paints that catalyze differently than resin, designed to do that, but resin needs to be cured in thick mass.
