Using the Pololu boards to replicate a dual firing switch is a falls savings IMO. To match the $30 BC board for example, you will need two of the Pololu kits at $7.50 each and a $2 servo lead (but no diodes, built into the board BTW). You will then need to solder the boards up correctly and go through the six step programming procedure per board. Maybe easy for you and me, but not so much for the new guy trying to get their first cruiser on the water IMO.
Ah see, I was going off the assumption we were simply discussing this: not that we were on the topic of easy for new builders. In which case I can agree easily.
