I know of a Busy Battling Beaver in PA but I don't think he lives in Beaver County. Welcome! I know there are some folks up that way but I'm down in Athens, GA.
Welcome, the IRCWCC closest battling sites are Hagerstown MD and Bradford PA, though Bradford is OOC this year, @Beaver is closest active battler There is also the treaty group in Ohio
