Mike wrote up a review of them a while ago, I was going to write something for TF144 but I got lazy, I still might. Anyways read what mike wrote he covers it pretty well. Visit this site Aside from anything long term we havent experienced yet and the voltage issue (which shouldnt effect most ships as long as you have plenty of battery power) I think that they are at least as good as KIPs. That and you can get two for less than the price of one KIP.

Good to know! I go down from time to time to stock my shop as well! Sean's a treasure of information, but he hasn't battled in years, and used to battle Big Gun, not fast gun... so all of his info may not be accurate but he has a pretty good understanding of fast gun and I've even passed along the BBS rulebook and shiplist to him... so he'll be able to help you out with all your parts and whatnot.
