    Nope. The ircwcc rules state any ship launched between 1905-1946 can be used so long as it was completed.

    IRCWCC rules only stipulate when it was launched and that it was completed, not when it was completed or laid down.

    *Edit: Apparently I didn't reload this thread and completely failed to notice @absolutek already answered this.
