That was not the final cannon installment. Playing around with options at that point.

Got the servo tray completed inside the box. Servos are mounted and the Poppet Valves are mounted. Servo Arm is mounted. Moose is Mounted . Now to test fit the box in the hull and see how things are situated.

Box fits great in the hull with the valves attached. The Rudder Platform is installed and secured. The 2lb dive weight is mounted and secured. Now it's just a matter of plumbing up all the CO2 valves and poppets and securing them with threadlock, clamps o-rings ect. Have to build mounts for the forward Accumulator Tanks and the Aft Acculator Tank. Once the plumbing is completed on to installing the speed adjust resistor and install the mounts for the throttle switches, install the throttle servo, and install the wiring harnesses for the switches for hte motors, batteries, pump, and lights. Making good progress now. Been taking pics too so will post when I get the chance.

What type of threadlock are you using?

Not the red permament threadlock. No I use the Blue Loc-tite threadlock. If you need to take the valve off you won't need a power wrench to do it.

Ok Thanks for the heads up on that . Update. Nearly have all the plumbing figured out. I should've ordered addtional barbs large and small. I had to cannabolize Bismarck's old system to get the extra barbs and valves. What I did was attach the barbs and fittings to the Radio box, attach valves, barbs and fittings to the accumulators, attach the regulator with the fittings and barbs then attached the small hoses. All of this outside of the hull. I like to do a preliminary set up outside of the hull so I can get an idea of how it's all going to go together and see where I need to make corrections and extra length hoses. Once figured out then I reattach all with seals but just to secure without threadlock, hook it all up then pressurize the system. That way I can easily check for any leaks and fix with no fuss because it's outside the hull. I lay out the co2 system as if it is in the hull so I know how everthing is going to fit once it's in the hull. Once done it goes back in and is sealed for final install and secured in the hull. Nearly done with this. I hope to have the entire system ready this week and start the electrical process.

Sounds good, I'm still messing with pumps. I'm making a back up one and you know it has to pump just a bit more than the others
You can guess how that is going...
