I use an old (ancient) set of 1/4 triple BDE guns in my Rodney. They have been very reliable and I wish I could afford to purchase a nice new set for use in my new ship, but the price for me is even higher because of shipping. We have a member here who makes indiana stlye cannons, but my live-in bank manager still won't relent.... So I'm building my own. It isn't easy, but I hope they'll be worth the long hours in front of the lathe.
