Older esc's

    I was going through my box of boat stuff and I came across 2 Older esc's. One is still in the packaging. It is a marine 15 from msonic. The second is a mystery. Can anyone tell me about the msonic? Here is a picture of my mystery esc. Anyone got any info?

    That's a ProBoat 40a ESC.

    Marine 15 Mtronic is a keeper (much better than the new Viper=total garbage), proboat is good for convoy but has different forward and reverse values.

    @thegeek is correct, the ProBoat ESC delivers 50% throttle in reverse. Not necessarily an issue if you have a radio with throttle end points and a slower boat.

    Convoy ship only... Set up reverse to be forward, then you can dial back reverse (not bad for 34 seconds).
