Hi All At this weekend RC swap meet we had a lot of discussion about armed forces battle. Any way the idea is we change it from being an armed forces battle. Here is the main idea to honor our friend The J.J Hayes Memorial Battle In honor of our friend JJ Hayes who passed away in Dec. The Buckeye Battle squadron is renaming the Armed forces day battle. JJ Hayes made a big impact on the local battling group in a short years time. with his big grin, shy laugh ,down to earth style, along with his lets just have fun manner. He was just a rookie but had a flare and talent that made him a raising star. He never had a bad word about anything , was one of the most helpful persons you would ever meet. With this in mind we would like to invite everyone to a battling weekend that follow these ideas. Just a no rule haggling, no stressing, good clean fun and above all great comradeship !! If you would like to participate in this to Honor JJ Hayes please do so !! We would like to make this a annual battle to celebrate our friend and renew old friendships and create new ones! Battle would be May 17, site yet to be set but more then likely in the Newark area. Buddy Friend
