Hello! I was wondering what type of paint brands you use for your ships, I dont wanna buy anything in bulk as I'm just painting cammo and some weathering on my Scharnhorst. the last set ended up washing off.
Whatever brand Home Depot/Lowes/Etc has in the little sample cans that you can get color matched to whatever color you want. One or two of those will last you a long time.
Ditto. I have a sample jar of red and a sample jar of "Safe Harbor" (the new name for gunship grey). they have lasted me through two years easily and will likely last for another two.
+1 on Chris' post. I often get whichever of these options has the easy open screw tops. If they are washing off, usually it is because it has not fully cured. Use a latex acrylic and they take 3 days to fully cure although overnight usually is enough depending on your climate.
