Does each cannon need a dedicated solenoid? If each cannon does not have its own solenoid, the first gun to fire empties the gas pressure and the other will not fire unless it is perfectly tuned to fire with the other. with one way valves in line they may work with each other assuming there is enough pressure in the accumulator.
Yep, I did this on Frankenship (very cool), but no added benefit and just more weight. I would do a few to give the blast material something to stick on, but more than likely you will build something new before you need to worry about breaking ribs.
Possible I misunderstood. I swear you and Mark recommend I back ribs at some point. Not a big deal. Like I said, good practice for the next builds. Proving once again you can never have too many clamps! I could have finished all of the ribs last night if I hadn't run out.
In other words, it is what you meant but because you didn't think of it first, you will deny it because it isn't cool to be corrected, right.
This is information I know people will die without: Trireme - 3 levels of oars Penteconter - one level of oars As I recall the trireme was the ship that engaged the Persian fleet at Salamis. I think ramming was a main ship strategy.
They're clearly retracted. its as valid as your penteconter with oars on only one side AND it sounds better going up the Grecian coast
