    Pity, she was a nice looking boat.
    I hope she is still being used somewhere, by someone.

    Yeah it was an excellent battling ship and very well built. I respected this model in the highest degree as it went toe to toe with anything and was one of the toughest ships to put down next to a Musashi. If you had this ship on your side you were well protected and could dish out nasty punishment. Great combat career. Great Captain.

    Thanks Curt. Warspite was my most effective combat model to date. Though the Axis force repeatedly won CANNATS in the early-mid 2000s the only Allied battleships left afloat were usually Marty Haye's Warspite and mine. The hull was a 'one off' conversion of an early Ralph Coles QE with my usual fibreglass deck and superstructure. A couple of years ago I was considering an HMS Valiant from Ralph's new QE mold but decided Rodney would be at least as effective with the dual sidemounts, and the new rule for a 50% larger rudder. Rodney will be my next battleship.
