Did you guys find a pond? If so, where? We lost our pond and are looking for one somewhere between Bellevue and Tacoma.

    Howdy everyone.
I've sailed with The Queens Own 1/72 scale Warship club for many years.
I been watching this page for a while now and had hoped to be further along in the boat building process but alas....no.
We lost our pond 7-8 years ago and have had very little club activity since then.
There is still about 7 of us left who have ships and would like to get going again.
So, no, we don't have a pond. More than willing to help look for one and work with the 144th guys. Have scouted around the Tacoma/Federal Way/Auburn location with no luck.
Any ideas how/where to look? Perhaps contact the couple of other model ship clubs in the area?

In the meantime, the shop is open and ships are being worked on. If you're in the south end (Tacomaish) and have interest in the hobby, let me know.

Very impressed with the 3D printing going on. Printing and building whole ships is fantastic. Congratulations. PICT1123.JPG
