After recovery, the first problem I have is I need to replace these connectors.

Anyone have a link (or name) to new ones?

Go to amazon and search for (whatever S size your battery is) balance connector (or lead, or pigtail).

    Copper sulfate bad.

Given how long they've been deeply submerged, I'm not sure I would trust those wires anymore. There may be a significant amount of moisture wicked underneath the insulation, slowly corroding away the leads. The battery cells themselves should be fine if you're comfortable replacing the wires, though.
