    I was able to print one of these and it came out pretty good. I printed it at 85% since I'm more interested in 1 1/2" props instead of 1 3/4". I also printed it with 0.25mm layers. For the next print, I think I'll scale the z axis a little to get thicker blades and go down to 0.2 or 0.1 mm layers. I also need to print 2 at a time to avoid the slight melting at edges. Thanks for posting the part.

    Keep us updated on what you think of these printed props. How do they handle that accidental beaching / running across rocks. better / worse than soldered/braised props? Great to be able to have spares on hand, but don't want to be dead in the water.....

    I'm betting they'll do better in nylon but, I'm curious too.
