    Greetings all,
Finally got to work on my Prinz Eugen special thanks to @modelshipsahoy for a beautiful hull and kit. After 3 cups of coffee and a trip to autozone for some pin stripping she is coming along I will update as the day goes on. I’m hoping to get some cutting done by this evening but we will see

FYI, the stringer width/height is limited to 1/8," looks closer to 1/4" in the picture so I recommend shaving it down a bit

I’m going to shave it down when I clean up the edges of the windows while I wait for the rest of the drive system to get here

Looks like it just came back from a swim. Is that supposed to be island camouflage?

it’s more of a cross between that and if she rose from the depths to sail again(kinda like the Flying Dutchman from Pirates of the Caribbean)
