[:D]Glad you like it Paul. The vids don't do it justices. You have to be there to appreciate it. Killer boat.. goodbye opponents.

I trimmed the shafts a tad. Started to work on the Turrets. It's all cosmetic stuff from here on in...

I still am drooling at how well this thing moves in the water. My jaw is still on the floor.

Seeing it spin like Someone held the bow in place. This thing just has nasty written all over it.

Had the PE out again this time running mock battle tactics against Yamato. It's no problem handling ships the size of Yamato. PE can use the larger ships speed advantage against it. I was doing a full spin while Yamato was passing and I was able to keep the stern gun on the target the entire time it passed around. As it tried to turn around PE I kept the model in the spin constantly tracking Yamato and keeping it within firing range no problem. The model was sailed out to 150 to 200 ft offshore and it was prolem. Despite being awash from Yamato's wake I was able to spin it and outdistance the Yamato with ease.

So far everything is working perfectly.

Hopefully more people will want to have one. Could lead to a revival of the small class 4's

I am already hooked on class 4. Going to research them more and see what has not been built yet. I was thinking the MIKASA of Japan. Flagship oF THE fleet at Tshushima . Ship is
currently moored in Japan as museum ship.. It is a well balanced ship.

I really like the Japanese Kawachi, with a DN bow, and its sister Settsu which actually had a clipper bow. They had 12, 12 guns with a nice layout.

The problem with all the other DN's, except for the Westfalen DN, is that none of them have the length to beam ratio, that the VU class has, so if you have your VU set up right, none of the other DN classes should be able to out turn it.

The only other ships I seen that cuold do this spin is the NC, SD, Dreadnought, Nagato, Fluegeuls's Bismarck.

I like the hull you got from Australia. How much did it cost to ship to your location?

I purchased it over a year ago, if I remember right, the hull was $140, and the shipping was $35. Of course that was when the American dollar was stronger, so my cost total cost was like $150 due to the exchange rate. I purchased it from Michael. Right now the hull would be $142.34 American.

Paul the run time is approx 2hrs on those 2 batteries. You may do better as one of them is actually a old battery.
Plenty of power and run time. The pump was awesome and never failed once.
