All I can say is that we are all working hard on all three of the ships bu space is limited, so one at a time.

Hey Paul on the CONSTRUCTION forum check out the finished VU. If you want your superstructure to look like this with no kibbles or bits let me know. Otherwise I will Kibble and bits it.

oK FINALLY I was able to get at the littel ship today. I greased the stuffing tubes and the rudder tubes, installed the drive shafts and I have 2 different universals attached. One a Graupner and 1 a brass collar with dogbone in between the collars. I need to get another one to match them up. I will have to get another Graupner Univerasl. I will have to make a motor mount too.

Life rafts received their primer coat today, just need to paint the floor section of the rafts.

Ok I FINALLY had some time to do work on the PE today.

The rudders are installed. The props are on. The waterchannelling is nearly completed. THe battery tray is completed. The rudder servo mount is installed. The Regulator mount is installed. The Servo Tray is built just need to install the pneumatics and servos.

I hope to get back at it tomorrow so I can get teh pneumatics installed. The servos need to be retooldipped then installed. I test fitted the cannons to make sure I had clearance and so far everything fits. It's a little snug but it fits. The model will run on 2 6v7amp sealed lead acids.

If I can get in a few more days like this this model will be done soon.
I will have pics posted for tomorrow.

Overall. This thing is cramped. The only crew will be the rats.

The concrete crack sealant was poured into the hull today. Have to wait 24 hrs for it to cure. Then I will apply a second coat to fill any voids. I managed to drill out 2 holes for the Poppet valves in the servo tray. Laid in a little more waterchannelling today.

It is coming along great. You weren't kidding when you said there is little room from the props to the rudders. This thing should turn well.

More progress today. Pics to be posted. The pneumatics are installed in the servo tray. The pump switch is installed. The pump hold down is installed. The drive shafts are shortened again. The concrete sealer is nearly dried. Servos, rx, rxv battery are currently drying. I retool dipped them today. Just need to build the motor mounts, add a second light coat of concrete sealer over the first layer and begin the final phase of the internals. Then it's on to the new deck hatches. [:)]
