Wow Curt, what is all that stuff you put in there? It looks like Bama Daves VU. How do you figure out where it all goes to. No triple bows, too bad. [:(]

My PE in the last battle got hit a total of 12 times on Sunday, and I hit the KG5 138 times, and it sank twice. With 3 other ships trying to hit me. You sure he does not want to redo those guns. [:D]

I like the hay maker. It gives the bigger ships something to worry about when I sneak along side them

Captain's prerogative. Cost issues as well. No this is the way he prefers it. Once I Clean up the dust and forward wiring it won't look so scary.

I was just teasing you anyways. Thats how most of the class 4's are setup. Why I wanted to do somthing different.

We have a battle scheduled here in Orlando for weekend after next. Come on down, send the family to Disney, and battle.

I would second that. It would interesting to see the vid of the PE with 3 forward bow guns.

In the future Paul you can always refit the model to outfit it this way.
There are only a few ships that could be outfitted like this.

The only thing I notice, in the MWC, our pump motor cannot be larger in size than the drive motors. You are using a bigger pump motor, so is that allowed in the IRC, or is it a local club rule?

I think the lights amid ships would be nice. Wait until you see them and then decide where they should go.

[:)]It's allowed in the IRCWCC. We adopted it. The reason behind it I think had to do with the advancements in motor technology where there are now smaller more powerful motors than the standard johnson motor. The physical size of the motor does not equate to equal power output anymore. Also I think too it was to address the issue of Cruisers being able to survive a little longer after running broadside with ships with sidemounts. It gives the cruisers a better chance at staying afloat after an exchange with a battleship. A little more flexibility here for the cruisers.

There has been no progress due to the amount of snow landing in St.Johns.

Were buried up here in other words. Plus life has gotten in the way Big time(Family matters) and I have been ill recovering from Chemo. Hope to get back at it again next week. The ship is 90 percent functional. The only things left are the installatino of the cannons. Otherwise it's just prepping the decks for painting, build superstructure, and repair and repaint the hull. It's nearly there.

Here's hoping the PE2 will launch and run with Bismarck soon. The allies will run in fear!
