As we can change batteries between sorties, seems like we can really put the weight where we want it. Maybe use the cylinder batteries and add lead where needed?

    Question:
To help reduce roll from side to side, do you want to put the weight towards the center line or near the edge of the hull (away from the centerline)?

Away from the centerline. Increases the moment of inertia and make it harder to roll the hull. Think of a tight rope walker using a long pole for balance.

Time to update the ship build log as I prepare for the Brew in two months.
Lots of rework, starting with the dual rudder. Removed the secondary servo in favor of a more traditional setup.

The pump housing was changed to a two part setup. Base stays in the hull, the top plate is affixed to the pump motor housing.
Everything looks rough, but it will get painted. The brown is West Epoxy, I cut out the bottom of the boat and used 3 layers of cloth to build it back. Did this so I could shape the water channeling and start fresh in the area.
There are two posts attached to the bottom of the boat, these go through holes in the top plate and I use thumb screws to mash the top to the sides.
