    Hello, I have a QE Hull with subdeck, barbettes, shafts, and rudder shafts for sale. Asking $75 plus shipping from Sparks, NV ($40-50 to the east coast).

    Looks like MWC/IRC

    A footnote: as you are a person who has never built a ship before, and have no local support, the bulged QE is not really a hull you want to be trying to learn cutting and sheeting on, even pre-marked as it is.

    They are for IRCWCC, though if you have never built a ship I would not recommend this one for you. I'm happy to sell it, but there are a lot of skills that building a first ship first would be needed to finish a QE without too much frustration.
