Just a few quick questions on non-powered props.
They can be actual props? IE with blades? Not just flat disks?
Can they spin freely so long as they are not providing any thrust? (Like a pinwheel)

The rules are only very specific about drag disks and their size and shape. It only says ‘non-powered props must not be larger than powered props’

The reason I ask is because I noticed in testing on my particular build with various sizes of drag disks, a large trough of water was created causing severe cavitation and at full speed, actually sucking the stern under.
So could someone clarify rule C-5? I would like to print out some additional props for the outboard shafts as non-powered and wanted to make sure I was within the rules.
