    So true I did that the next night, and plumbing is really not my favorite thing to do.

    The mill side will be bottling in the next day or 3, fresh Michigan hard cider, Now i just need to get my Graff going and all will be well.

    that was the year of the great wine catastrophe , premature corking leads to exploding geysers of wine and messy basement!
