Greetings! I received my laser cut Takao kit this afternoon. Excellent quality wood and laser cutting. The ribs are clearly marked out and very well defined. The keel and subdeck pieces fit together nicely with puzzle piece style tabs, even dovetailed thanks to the laser cutter. After only a few hours work I have the structure of the hull completed, ready to be filled and glassed. Working with wood is not my prefered hull construction method, but this kit went together smoothly with only basic sanding and fitting. Including the catapaults and funnel caps is a nice touch as well. Great work on a very nice product, I hope you add more (preferably Japanese) ships to your range in the future!
