Can't wait to see the two side by side Ian. I would get everything at once if you can... it is better.

Yeah a new set of guns would be best so you don't run into any problems.

re-plastered just needs sanding except for her two problem areas, up front where the foam sagged and at the rear, where i don't know how she's supposed to look

    Ian,
As I posted before I have all of the guns and pneumatics removed from Hood. Advise you to check them out because all five guns were custom built to fit by me (i.e. different upfeed tube lengths and magazine shapes).

I doubt that stock Battlers Connection cannons will fit in some locations, due to clearances, hatch sizes etc. and am sure you'd have to modify them. You can build your own cannons for about half the price and customize them to fit - it isn't rocket science.

    Sigh.....
After shelling out close to 100 bucks for plans and materials to build a Renown, I sign on to say the project had been started and I find this thread.

This is what I get for not following the forum close enough.
Sometimes it don't pay to get out out of bed....

I guess I'll put my project on hold for now and see if there is another project that calls me.

On the plus side my two pre-dreadnoughts are looking good. The Iron Duke encountered some...problems....
