Looks great Ian, I thought she would sit lower in the water than she does though. She looks graceful, makes me want one again, but I have several other projects upcoming.

I think it's riding higher because most of the combat if not all is not aboard ..am I right IAN?

I think you are correct. There are no guns installed when viewing pics. And probably no co2 bottle.

The Hood looks great Ian. Definitely running light - with combat gear aboard it runs with the stern almost awash, just like the real thing. Are you sure the reduction gearboxes had been removed? From the bow wave and wake it doesn't look like it's running too fast.

A list of all the Clippard parts needed for Hood's pneumatic system has been emailed to you. List of materials needed for the cannon building session to follow later this week. It shouldn't take long to re-equip Hood for combat.

    Hi
My Renown plug...so far so good. It partly covered with plaster. I ran into some delays because I ran out of foam and the weather held me up since all plastering and sanding has to be done outdoors. Also, no work on the weekends.

It looks straight...and long.....very very long.

Tomorrow (weather permitting) I will finish the plaster job and if it dries early enough I might even get a little sanding done on it.

The other projects are also proceeding well. Only time will tell how many make it all the way through to a hull.

Ian and Rob, great to hear that both of the projects are going well. Thanks froggy for the pics, she looks nice on the water.
