Thanks buddy, I jumped in on your mention of props. Reminded me to ask, if we can move the discussion over to Sparrow's thread, that would be great guys! That's if there is anything left to say on the matter... :)

Correct the Littorio Class does have 4 shafts and 3 rudders. I was building this ship for a friend and I wanted to make the model as easy to maintain and care for as possible. In CWC-X it is not required to add the non operating shafts and rudders to the model.

I haven't had time to work on that. My PC is crapping out. The info is stored in the GF's laptop. That too has been in the back of mind lately. Looks like I will have to get back to it. I think I was working on a chart. .

I had a speed chart completed but now I am going to revise it. The ships are going to be slower than FG but not as slow as BG or Treaty. Reason. With the greater playing options I realized that the large heavy ships can still maneuver with a 2 sec reduction in their current speed. 24 sec ships would be 26sec, 26 would be 28, 28 would be 30, 30 would be 32. This way the very short and small predreadnoughts are not plowing too much water and are not zippy do ships, the ships with the very low quarterdecks will still have speed but not have a wet quarterdeck in the turns at high speed, the bigger but short ships will not create a large wake but still be able to maneuver well and the really heavy ships would still be able to maneuver but at a more reasonable speed. The destroyers and cruisers that were really fast will still be fast but will be the 24 and 23 second ships. The vessells from 1860 to 1900 mostly IronClads and the oddites will be running slow but at a speed more practical for this format. The speed reduction is not a chore as teh ships are still faster than Treaty or BG but slower than FG. With escs, drag props or just by simply reducing the prop size 1 size down it's not a complex or time consuming adjustment. I think this will work very well for CWC-X format. All the classes should still be able to operate reasonably well and be easier to handle.

Time to do up a new Speed Chart. Now I am fired up again. I'm off Sunday and Next Tuesday so I want to get this format ready next weekend.
