    Definitely better looking then the captains lol
    Big enough to battle but not enough to be effected by wind
    Clean water, no weeds, PRIVATE POND & electricity on site
    We put our ships on the small stone wall for gun tests (no mud)
    you can walk your boat into the water OR use the dock
    Big, close pit area
