If the barrel ends don't touch the water or violate any other rules for placement they should be fine. There was a ww1 Scharny with the guns armed int he casemates at Nats a couple years ago, really sharp looking boat and having the guns down low with almost flat trajectory gave him a lot of useful range. Wonder what happened to him though, I dont think he re-upped his membership this year. :(

Resurrecting and getting this discussion back on track, Panzer wanted pics of my under construction shop. We built this 24 x 24 out building for my older daughter's business, making fur-suits and leather armor. Then she moved down state:(:crying:. So finally moving my work shop out of the basement. 20160807_190345.jpg 20160807_190400.jpg 20160807_190428.jpg 20160807_190453.jpg 20160807_190508.jpg I am using half of the building. The other side is a mess and I have to get that straightened up for my wife and other daughter:eek:. 20160807_190526.jpg 20160807_190538.jpg . still have to finish insulation in the ceiling:mad:.I have in floor heat from an outdoor boiler for winter.
