Wow, has it ever been quiet here. (KNOCK, KNOCK, KNOCK) Hellooooooooo, is anyone home?? Looking for a can to kick but I can't find one, (blasted recycling trucks) so any old Allied bucket will do. If you have one, please drop me a line at axiskickalliedarse@ohyeahforsure.com Thanks, J
Can to kick? Why, even the biggest axis warship ever built ran from the superior might of our tin cans, right YAMATO????????
BAH! Hogwash! That was just a warped, twisted, demented Allied version of the real story...Tincans go squish!! J
We sent in our best warships, and all the Allies can respond with is little tin cans. It was not an honorable fight, which is why we, the honorable Axis, graciously allowed the Allies to keep their lives another day. It was the historians that turned that gesture into a ridiculous "defeat."
Hah! Just because your axis admirals mistook DDs and DEs for Cruisers, and CVEs for fleet carriers is no excuse! You got your backsides chewed, ran away and never came out to play again. Besides, all the herioc allies needed was tin cans, why waste valuable 8" cruiser ammo on ships that blow up when hit by tiny 5" shells?
See, there is another who knows the truth!! Not that propaganda the Allied reporters try to shove down everyone’s throat. And Darren, it wasn't our Admirals who were mistaken, Admirals never, ever make mistakes (you current and ex Navy can attest to that!), it was the superior Axis optical devices that brought the images in so close that the Allied ships appeared to be of a larger class. It was just that there was a brand new, never been to sea, trainee, kind of the equivalent of a Sea Cadet, who was on look out. You see, the Axis didn't waste experienced man-power looking for the Allies because garbage scows are garbage scows and trained personnel don't look for garbage. J
So, what you're saying, is the the flagship of the Imperial Japanese navy spent ten minutes, in the middle of a battle, running AWAY from a "garbage scow"???? Impressive. Keep up the good work guys! PMSL.
Of course not. Splattered bits of Allied ships are very dirty. Wouldn't want to get that all over the Imperial Crysanthemum.
Pretty hard to do, when the royal chrysanthemum is on the end of the ship facing AWAY from the Allies...
I think you mean the Allies are facing away FROM the Imperial chrysanthemum since it is on the BOW (that's the pointy end of the ship for all you Allied captains ), and that is the end that leads when we Axis chase down the cowardly Allies!! J
Sometimes it is hard to tell which end is which on some Axis ships, both ends being pointed so the ship can go just as fast in reverse as forward.
Well, by the time the battle of the Samar strait happened, Japan really didn't have much of an empire left, did they? I must admit though, it was a stroke of genius fitting their ships with rearview mirrors, so that they could see the enemy.....
That gives us the tactical advantage. It is just another way we Axis control the battles, engaging and disengaging at will against the hapless Allies. J
Yes, control when to run away crying like little girls, while the glorious Allies ask themselves if perhap we should use corvettes next time, as the enemy seem to be afraid to engage anything bigger that a DD.....seems the little stoush between USS Washington and IJN Kirishima has them spooked.
BAH, it was nothing, twas a mere flesh wound! Allied propaganda and lies!!!!! I can see the Allies driving up in 'Little Red Corvettes' listening Justin Beiber and watching Twilight
